It has been a while since I have had the time to sit down and post some pictures and stories of Lily. This is an update post...one post instead of five...easier for me, but the information is still shared.

We have started to blow bubbles with Lily and she really enjoys watching them fall from the air and then land, bounce and pop or sit on the carpet or floor until she pops them herself. One of my mom friends gave us this awesome recipe for bubbles and the bubbles actually bounce on the carpet. It's pretty crazy, but definitely fun for all involved! Here's the recipe for all those moms out there reading this:
No More Tears Bubbles
1/4 cup Baby Shampoo
3/4 cup water
3 Tb. corn syrup
Mix together and let set for a few hours before using

We all attended our first Tech wrestling match. It was a lot of fun. We were not able to stay the whole time because Lily was ready for bed, but we are excited to attend more sporting events in the coming months and years. The best part, is that most of the events are free to go to. We will definitely take advantage of free entertainment!

Lily has started to hold two toys at the same time AND bang them together. She learned the banging part pretty quickly after being able to figure out she can hold more than one toy at a time. She is still perfecting these skills, but it's fun to watch her learn and figure it our for herself.

Lily has started to eat more foods and on this particular day decided she needed a facial and smeared her prunes all over her face. She didn't seem to mind and she wanted to let everyone know it did wonders for her skin!

Lily took her first bath in the tub recently. Since we are first time parents we have no idea what the "normal" age is for this to occur, but we figured she can sit on her own and she is definitely outgrowing her baby tub, so we decided to give it a shot. She looks so tiny in the huge tub, but she had a good time kicking her legs and spinning herself around. She played with a bunch of new bath toys and appeared to enjoy herself.
