Lily's first time at the beach. It looked like she was going to like it, but ended up hating it. She wouldn't put her feet in it again, even with shoes on.
She loved watching and pointing to the birds though. I think that was her favorite part of our trip because she always got so excited about them.
Lily decided she wanted to try some shellfish.
We went to the beach a couple of times in the evening and it was definitely cold and windy. We eventually bought Lily a jacket to wear because her mommy forgot to pack her one.
Eating at the Mews Tavern. Lily tried her first french fry there, and surprisingly did not enjoy it too much. I am sure that will not be the case forever, but for now she doesn't have to clog her arteries with fried potatoes.
Who doesn't like a good kayak trip?
Opening presents: take two! She got a fun telephone and sock monkey from Aunt Jane and Uncle Chris. Later, she opened some great clothes from Aunt Kate, Uncle Noah, Cameron, Oliver and Elliot. She also got a dog named Casey she could take for a walk. Nanna and Poppy got her a big dump truck full of blocks, which she loved to push around!
