Lily rode on a pony for the first time and absolutely loved it! She was very sad when her turn was over and we did not want to have to wait another 20 minutes for a second turn so she had to be content with one.

Nanna and Poppy came for a visit. We went and picked up some lovely mums and had a fun time just hanging out together, playing outside and sharing our news of baby number 2.

We visited the pumpkin patch and picked up a pumpkin, climbed on some hay, visited a few animals and bought some kettle korn!

Then, we went down to Florida to celebrate Gramp's 80th birthday with him! We got to see Andrew, Jamee, Peyton and Micah, Gram and Granda, Nanny and PopPop, Aunt Sue and Uncle Joe and Aunt Christine. It was a busy visit, but Lily got to go swimming and spend some good quality time with Gramp. We also got to see Gramp play in one of his concerts! We missed Uncle Dave being there, but are excited to see him in just a few weeks when he will be a college graduate!!!
We were not going to dress Lily up for Halloween, but at the last minute we decided to put her in her Tutu outfit to go outside and play and hand out fruit snacks to her friends. We did not go Trick-or-Treating, but played in the cul-de-sac and used Abi's swing.
Lily now gets to see the world facing forward instead of backward while in the car. It has made a world of difference and we are excited to see how it goes on our first long road trip with her facing the front.
Thanksgiving did occur, but we apparently did not take any pictures of that day. We did not travel, but stayed home and had our good friends from Blacksburg over. It was nice to hang out, share a meal and actually play a game with them all while the children played so nicely together or watched a movie. That weekend we decorated for Christmas and Lily loves the trees. She has a little fiber optic one in her room that she can decorate and undecorate as she chooses. She points to it and wants it turned on first thing in the morning when she wakes up and right after she wakes up from her nap. She is getting so big! So that's the last two months in a nutshell. Like I said I will try to be more diligent with this, but you can always check out our Picasa which I definitely update more often!
